Efficient solution for GSL 8 line

Enrober GSL.02.B81 is used for coating curd cheese with glaze and is included as an optional part of glazed curd bars production line GSL.

Technical data:

  • capacity – 6 000 … 15 600 cheese bars per hour;
  • net width – 530 mm;
  • the conveyor speed – 1,6…5,2 m/min;
  • the amount of glaze in a bath (min./max.) – 45 / 80 l

Technological process

The Enrober performs the following operations:

  • After preparing the glaze at melting tank, glaze flows to Enrober unit by automatic piping system;
  • Dosed curd bars are immersed to glaze by moving conveyor and poured over with glaze stream;
  • After full coating, the excess of glaze, while cheese bar is still in Enrober, is blown off for the most efficient cheese coating result;
  • After full coating, the curd bar is cooled down to fix the glaze on curd bar.
