Flow-pack type packing equipment for various single products

Efficient solution for curd secondary packing

Packing equipment unit OZB.01 is designed for hermetical packing of various single products into polypropylene film (BOPP – biaxially orientated laminated polypropylene film with a photo eye, rolled into a roll).

Film technical data:

thickness of the film – up to 0,040 ± 0,005 mm;
width of the roll/film – up to 450 mm;
outer diameter of the film – up to 350 mm;
inner diameter of the film – 75 ± 2 mm;

Technical data:

type of equipment – linear-horizontal;
type of packing – flow-pack;
capacity – up to 6 600 pcs./h.;
length of the packed product – up to 300 mm;
width of packed product – up to 210 mm*;
height of packed product – up to 70 mm*;

* the width and height can’t be maximum dimensions, at the same time.

Packing equipment unit performs the following technological operations:

receives the product (manually or automatically);
serves the product to the position of its packing up;
unrolls the packing material and serves it to the film tube forming operation;
forms a film tube, makes longitudinal and transverse seals;
writes on the date (additional equipment unit);
removes the packed product to the secondary packaging.
