Efficient solution for GSL lines

Wrapping unit M6-OZB is designed for packing glazed curd cheeses by wrapping into laminated aluminum foil. This machine could be used as a part of the glazed curd cheese GSL production line or as replaceable technological equipment.

Film technical data:

width of the roll/film – up to 110 mm;
outer diameter of the film – up to 300 mm;
inner diameter of the film – 70 ± 5 mm.

cheeses to be packed – 40, 45, 50 g;

The wrapping equipment unit performs the following technological operations:

automatic feeding and accumulation of glazed cheeses;
automatic insertion of glazed cheeses in the rotor slot of the machine;
tracking the centring mark on the packaging material with corrections of its position;
wrapping of glazed curds into laminated aluminium foil;
application of the production date and shelf life of the product (if the printer is available);
