Curd mass dosing unit GSL.01.B63 is designed for mass dosing and forming the cheese bar in four streams using volumetric dosing method directed the cheese bar on the cookie or wafler. Classic curd bars are dosed by 8 streams.
Dosing unit is combined with 8-row Enrober, cooling tunnel GSL.03.A80, distribution system and flow-pack type packing units.
